Bill Kennedy, owner of the Topeka Driving School, the Drive-Right Schools of Wichita, Johnson County, and the Little Apple Driving School in Manhattan, has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kansas State University and a Masters Degree in Education from Washburn University. He has been a teacher for over 30 years and is owner of the largest driving school in the State of Kansas. His academic curriculum is centered around defensive driving philosophies.

Defensive Driving Tip Of The Week:
25% of all auto crashes are rear-end collisions so it's important to be aware of your following distance. In good weather and while traveling under 40 miles per hour, a minimum two-second following distance should be utilized. On the highway (over 40 mph), at night, or bad weather, a minimum of four seconds should be used as the following distance.
